TriRank vs Semrush: Two Ways to Price White-Label Reporting

Two tools that agencies shortlist together, and one question that decides a lot of budgets: what happens to the price when you add the eleventh client. This page sticks to figures published on each vendor's own pages, read on August 14, 2026, with the source URL for every cell in a table at the bottom.
The axis: white-label is priced per report on one side and per plan on the other
Semrush. White-label reporting lives in My Reports. A Base report is $10/month per report and carries no white-labeling; a Pro report is $20/month per report and is the tier that lists branding and white-labeling, theme customization and a custom domain. A subscription includes 3 Base reports with the first paid toolkit, plus 2 more Base reports for each additional paid toolkit. The Agency Growth Kit that used to bundle agency features has been discontinued and is no longer purchasable; existing subscribers keep reports, Lead Finder and the Agency Partners platform.
TriRank. White-label reporting unlocks on the Agency plan at $399/month. That plan covers up to 100 monitored domains and 30 autopilot sites. There is no per-report or per-client charge layered on top of it.
Those are the two facts. The arithmetic that follows from them depends on how many clients you report to and how many of those reports need your own branding — which is your number, not ours, so this page does not do the multiplication for you.
One thing worth stating plainly because it cuts against us: TriRank's Agency plan is not unlimited. It stops at 100 monitored domains and 30 autopilot sites. If you are past that, the per-plan model no longer describes your situation and you should ask us before assuming it does.
AI-visibility quotas, each in its own unit
This is the part where a comparison table usually lies. Semrush quotes prompts tracked daily. TriRank quotes prompts registered and checked at least weekly. Those are different measurements, so putting 200 next to 300 and calling one bigger would be a unit error, not a finding.
| Quota as published | Cadence as published | |
|---|---|---|
| Semrush Starter | 50 prompts | tracked daily |
| Semrush Pro+ | 100 prompts | tracked daily |
| Semrush Advanced | 200 prompts | tracked daily |
| Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit (standalone) | 25 custom prompts, 1 domain for Brand Performance | tracked daily |
| TriRank Starter | 30 prompts, 10 brands | checked at least weekly |
| TriRank Pro | 90 prompts, 30 brands | checked at least weekly |
| TriRank Agency | 300 prompts, 100 brands | checked at least weekly |
Semrush's cadence is faster than ours, at every tier, and we are not going to bury that. If you need a prompt re-checked every day, Semrush publishes a daily number and we publish a weekly floor. Our quota is a registration ceiling — how many prompts you can have under monitoring — and the two halves that budget funds sweep on different clocks, which is why our own pricing page hedges with "at least weekly" instead of naming an exact interval it could not keep for both halves.

Where each one fits
Semrush fits when you want daily prompt re-checks, you are already paying for its keyword and site-audit toolkits and want AI visibility beside them, or your client count is low enough that per-report white-labeling stays small.
TriRank fits when you report to enough clients that a per-report line item is the thing that grows, you want white-label included rather than metered, and a weekly check is often enough for the decisions you make from it.
Neither of those is a verdict. They are the two shapes the pricing takes, and which one is cheaper is a function of your client count — a number we do not have.

How does TriRank charge for white-label reports?+
Inside the plan. White-label reporting unlocks on TriRank's Agency plan at $399/month, which covers up to 100 monitored domains and 30 autopilot sites. There is no per-report or per-client line item on top.
Which tool tracks more AI prompts?+
The two quote different units, so the honest answer is to state both rather than subtract them. Semrush's Advanced plan lists 200 prompts tracked daily, and its standalone AI Visibility Toolkit lists 25 custom prompts tracked daily for $99/month per domain. TriRank's Agency plan registers 300 AI-visibility prompts checked at least weekly. Daily tracking is a faster cadence than weekly; a registration ceiling is not the same measurement as a daily rate.
