1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TriRank (trirankai.com), an SEO and AI-search visibility analytics service operated by TriRank ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

TriRank provides: search performance analytics based on data you authorize us to access from your Google Search Console account; AI-search visibility monitoring (checking whether AI engines such as Perplexity and Google Gemini cite your site); automated and manual AI-assisted content generation; and publishing integrations (such as WordPress). Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion permanently removes your sites, connections, collected metrics, and generated content.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe). Plans include a monthly credit allowance consumed by content generation and certain analysis features; monthly allowance and sign-up gift credits expire 30 days after being granted and do not roll over, while separately purchased top-up credits do not expire. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next billing cycle.

5. Third-Party Connections

The service lets you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Search Console and WordPress). You are responsible for having the rights to connect them. Your use of Google user data is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy, including its Google User Data section. You may disconnect a connection at any time; we then permanently delete the stored authorization token and stop retrieving data.

6. Your Content and Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and of articles generated for you by the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it; AI-generated drafts may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we make no guarantee that published content will achieve any particular search ranking, AI citation, traffic, or business outcome. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and publishing content at your direction).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; attempt to access other users' data; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; resell the service without authorization; or use the service in violation of Google's or any connected platform's terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and branding, is our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or source code.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, and 11) survive.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Search engines and AI platforms change constantly; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party data sources.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
