A flat week is reported as a flat week.

Three things, and only the last one recurs. You connect Google Search Console once, so the rankings and clicks we report are your own data rather than an estimate. You add each site, optionally with its niche and language, which is what the content engine writes against. And because articles arrive in your CMS as drafts rather than published posts, someone on your side reads and publishes them — that human review step is deliberate and we do not remove it.
