TriRank vs Peec AI: AI Search Analytics vs Rankings × Citations
A source-checked comparison of Peec AI and TriRank: prompt-based AI search analytics for marketing teams, versus joining real Search Console rankings with AI citation verdicts. Prices and limits checked July 2026.
Peec AI and TriRank both tell you how you show up in AI answers, and both are honest about being early-market products. The difference is scope: Peec AI is analytics for a marketing team, TriRank is a visibility engine that also acts. Everything in the Peec AI column below comes from peec.ai's own public pages, read in a live browser on July 20, 2026; the TriRank column is our shipped product.

Where a cell says "not an advertised feature," it means we could not find it on the vendor's public pages on the date above — not that it is impossible. Two TriRank gaps for symmetry: no public REST API, no Looker Studio connector.
The real difference: analytics versus the join
Peec AI describes itself as "AI search analytics for marketing teams," built to "analyze brand performance across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Track visibility, benchmark competitors, and optimize AI search presence." It is a clean, focused analytics product: prompts in, daily visibility and citation-source analysis out, with competitor benchmarking alongside.
TriRank starts from the same sweep and then does two things Peec AI does not advertise. First, it joins the sweep to your Google Search Console property — so instead of a standalone visibility score, you get the intersection: the queries where you already rank on page one and yet no AI engine cites you. That list is the highest-leverage work in AEO, because search has already proven you are relevant there; we walked through the evidence in why ranking #1 on Google doesn't get you cited by AI. Second, TriRank writes and publishes against that gap and attributes the published pages back to real Search Console numbers.
There is also a model-coverage difference worth pricing out. Peec AI includes three models per plan and sells more as add-ons; on Starter, adding one model costs $35/month on top of $95. TriRank sweeps five engines — Google (Gemini grounding), ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview — on every plan, with no per-engine charge.

Which one should you pick?
Choose Peec AI when:
- You want daily tracking rather than weekly
- Competitor benchmarking inside the analytics view is the core job
- You need Looker Studio reporting or an enterprise API and SSO
- Your team already has content production covered elsewhere
Choose TriRank when:
- You want the join: which of your existing page-one rankings AI engines ignore
- You want five engines included rather than three plus add-ons
- You want the content work — writing, publishing, internal linking — in the same tool
- You want to start free, and to be able to buy a one-time expert audit instead of a subscription
Still shortlisting? The same format covers TriRank vs Otterly.ai for the cheapest monitoring entry point and TriRank vs Outrank if content production is also in scope — or read the wider Outrank alternatives roundup.
Both are honest products at different scopes, and Peec AI is the tidier pick if analytics is all you need. Run the free diagnostic first — it costs nothing and tells you whether you have a citation gap worth paying either of us to fix. Every competitor figure on this page carries the date we checked it; if something has changed, tell us and we will update it.
FAQ
What is the difference between Peec AI and TriRank?+
Peec AI is AI search analytics: you track prompts, benchmark competitors and see which sources the engines cite, daily. TriRank tracks citations too, but joins them with your own Google Search Console data, which lets it show the keywords you already rank on page one for while no AI engine cites you — and then write and publish content against that gap.
How much does Peec AI cost compared with TriRank?+
Peec AI's published plans are $95/month (Starter, 50 prompts, 1 project), $245/month (Pro, 150 prompts, 2 projects) and $495/month (Advanced, 350 prompts, 5 projects), with Enterprise on custom pricing. TriRank starts at $49/month (Starter) with Pro at $149/month. Figures are as displayed on each vendor's pricing page, checked July 20, 2026.
How many AI engines does each tool track?+
Peec AI's paid plans let you choose 3 models from ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini, with additional models sold as add-ons ($35/$85/$165 per month depending on plan) and up to 11 models on Enterprise. TriRank sweeps five engines on every plan: Google (Gemini grounding), ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview.
